Puppy Board & Train

Service Description

Our Puppy Board & Train is a 10 day stay with our owner, Kirstin, in her home; and is a great head start for your new puppy! We focus on a solid obedience foundation through positive reinforcement training in real life scenarios. This program fast tracks your puppy; from learning crate training, house training, reinforcing and shaping good behaviors while also working in different environments, with distractions, to continue to build your pup's confidence. The obedience training gives your pup an outlet for their mental energy to satisfy their desire to work their mind- no one has ever complained that their puppy is tired after a little training! This program is perfect for puppies 12-16 weeks old and have had their 3rd round of vaccinations. During this program your puppy will learn to do the following: Come Sit Down Place Stay Leave It We also focus on redirecting biting, not jumping on people or counter surfing, shape heel position for easy walking, impulse control with door manners, and can put focus on behavior your particular puppy needs some help with. Once training has concluded, Kirstin will spend a few hours going over in detail how to continue your puppy's progress and practice with you in your home to ensure you feel just as confident moving forward.
